The highest bidder shall be the purchaser, except where that
bid is lower than the reserve price.

The vendor shall have the right to bid either by the
Auctioneer or by the Vendor's agent for any lot offered and will negotiate
with the highest bidder where it is considered appropriate.

The Auctioneer may without giving reason therefore, refuse
to accept the bid of any person or persons and may decline the offer for any
lot or withdraw any lot or lots from sale.

If any dispute arises between two or more bidders the lot or
lots shall be put up again and resold.

A bid by any person will be deemed sole proof that the
person has made himself acquainted with these terms and conditions of sale.
All lots are available for inspection prior to the Auction. The buyer is
deemed to have inspected the goods carefully before. auction and shall not
be entitled to reject the lot or claim compensation on the basis that the
goods were incorrectly described.

All lot or lots will be paid for at the completion of the
auction by either Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express or
cheque by prior arrangement. 11% Buyers Premium applies to all lots.

All goods to be removed from the place of auction on the day
of the auction .

No goods to be removed unless receipt of full payment is
produced.

The Auctioneer and Vendors accept no responsibility for the
correct description of any item or items and are not responsible for any
fault or defect in any statement made to its origin, date, age or condition
of any lot. The information given is a guide only for the prospective
purchasers. Intending purchasers must satisfy the bonafides of any lot,
before making a bid on any lot.

The Vendors will not be held responsible for any damage or
loss that may take place to any lots after the fall of the hammer, they
become the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Any person attempting to prevent another person from bidding
by any promise that may influence the final price in the purchasers favour
and then abstains by reason of such an attempt may be deemed guilty of an
offence under the provisions of the Auction Sales Act 1958.

OBTAIN A BIDDING NUMBER.
